1 small onion chopped
4T butter or margerine
1can celery soup
1can potato soup
1 can milk
1 can half & half
1/4 c sherry
salt to taste
Saute onion in 2T margerine until tender. Add soup, milk, cream, and drained crab meat. Heat to just boiling. Add sherry, salt and pepper. Heat. Add remaining butter.
Makes 4 to 6 generous 3/4 cup servings
